CLEANWORLD  - aims to address the issues of E-Waste (Electronic Waste), one of the major contributors to general municipal waste encountered by the environment ( society). CLEANWORLD facilitates programs that lead to effective management and safe disposal of e-waste and also education and awareness programs among the scrap dealers (raddiwalas), so as to ensure safe and hygienic methods of recycling without effecting the environment.

An initiative started in 2008 July, CLEANWORLD focuses its aims and objectives along with it’s strengths on making available vast expertise of  knowledge and skill bases that can help ingrain a degree of proficiency and expertise amongst the scrap dealers. In doing so the team succeeds in not just enforcing and bringing about evident changes in the path of recycling by reducing the health hazards (which are leading to serious problems like cancer, asthma, deformation of the foetus, respiratory problems, heart problems, damage to kidney), but also helps provide a sustainable and equitable solution that creates all round development.

The team of CLEANWORLD aims to create awareness and knowledge by educating the scrap dealers of safer methods of recycling, the general public of their small contributions which can be of great importance by disposing safely the e-waste and the manufacturing and IT firms about adhering to rules and regulations of e-waste disposal as the quantities are in huge numbers.

The team works with zeal towards assisting different groups : scrap dealers, general public and corporates towards providing training and education about e-waste and safe and hygienic methods of disposal, recycling and reuse.
